Common Area Subcomittee of the CARB

Responsibilities

The Common Area Subcommittee (CAS) of the CARB is established under provisions of Article VII, Section 10 of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of Glenmore. Its purpose is “to maintain a consistent character for the community and to ensure that common areas are well maintained.” Policy guidelines have been established for the appropriate use and maintenance of all common areas. The guidelines cover, Tree Policies, Signs and Mailboxes, Maintenance Procedures and Use of Common Areas.

Meetings Schedule

The CAS meets monthly at 1:30 PM on the second Monday of each month. Please contact Megan Burch, associa@glenmore-community.org or 434-956-3898 to get the most up-to-date meeting details if you want to join any meeting.
