Prior approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is required for all modifications which impact the exterior of your property, including color changes, extensions or alterations affecting appearance, external structures, fences, landscape design changes, and tree removals (pines over 6" and others over 3" diameter). Please attach all relevant plans, and provide as much detail and supporting documentation as possible. For any fences, decks, patios, sheds, building additions, landscaping changes, or other improvements to the lot, please attach a plat or diagram of the property showing the location of the new structure or improvement as well as its dimensions and distance from property lines.
